• Lead Management: Respond to inbound leads immediately via text, email, and phone to qualify their buying/selling needs.
• CRM & Systems: Manage the CRM database, troubleshoot technical issues, and train agents on system use.
• Nurturing & Automation: Activate drip campaigns and maintain steady communication with leads until they are ready for an agent.
• Reporting & Tracking: Build Google Sheet dashboards to monitor agent productivity, task completion, and conversion ratios.
• Team Support: Set appointments, assign leads to agents, and upload contacts to the dialer system.
