Lead Data Architect (Ontology)

Job Description
The Lead Data Architect (Ontology) defines and governs the unified data model that connects Commercial, Operations, and Innovation data into one coherent structure. This role ensures the business owns its data logic and business definitions as core intellectual property, rather than outsourcing critical data meaning to external partners. You will translate how the organization actually operates into durable technical architecture—resolving entity relationships across SAP ECC, Salesforce, and a complex legacy application landscape—so downstream analytics, AI use cases, and operational systems can rely on consistent, trusted definitions. You’ll be expected to make opinionated design decisions under ambiguity and collaborate with external platform partners as a peer.
