Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations as a licensed duty manager.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
• Manage finances, maintain accurate records, and uphold high service quality.
• Supervise team members, keep them present and supported during shifts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Current Duty Manager's License.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Energetic, motivated, and ready to contribute to a close‑knit crew.
