What’s the role?
The purpose of this role is to lead the assigned engineering scope within Large Projects, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality solutions on time and within budget. The role is accountable for maximizing value engineering for our customers while increasing the project share of wallet.
A key responsibility is to lead, coach, and support Design Engineers in delivering complex technical solutions under demanding project conditions, using a structured, proactive, and self‑driven approach.
The Lead Engineer role is part of the Regional Project Management Office (PMO) organization and reports to the PMO Manager.
