As a Lead Engineer, you will lead engineering aspects across Linxon's diverse projects, including AIS, GIS, BESS, rail & infrastructure, data centers, offshore and onshore wind. You serve as the technical anchor, driving safety, cost efficiency, quality, and reliability at every stage. Key Responsibilities

Lead all in‑house and outsourced engineering work from proposal through construction. Manage engineering budget and cost control decisions. Maintain engineering schedules, ensuring on‑time delivery and high‑quality outputs. Define technical direction, design criteria, and maintain an accurate deliverables list.
