Lead Engineer for Municipal Projects

Randstad Canada seeks a Lead Engineer to join our municipal client's engineering team. Drive project management, lead engineers, and oversee technical work in a hybrid work environment.

As a Lead Engineer, you will report to the Division Manager and guide a team of engineers and technical staff through various engineering tasks. You will be responsible for employee performance management, staff development, and fostering teamwork. Your role will require the handling of complex technical issues while maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
