Lead Engineer – Transportation (Civil)

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years in the field. A postgraduate qualification in Transportation Engineering is preferred. This role will support Australia & New Zealand transport civil engineering projects within a Global Integrated Delivery (GID) setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordinator across transport civil disciplines (roads, rail, drainage, utilities, pavements, earthworks, general civil works).
• Ensure smooth communication, task alignment, and timely delivery across design teams.
• Perform high-level reviews of civil design deliverables and provide corrective guidance.
• Interpret project comments, mark-ups, and technical queries, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Apply strong civil engineering fundamentals in geometric design, drainage, utilities coordination, pavement design, and general civil works.
