Lead Engineer Machinery

Your Role

• Act as the technical lead and subject-matter expert within the ship machinery discipline.
• Develop, standardize, and document engineering methods and best practices.
• Share knowledge, coach team members, and support their professional growth.
• Support onboarding and development of new employees.
• Assist sales with technical input and project budgeting.
• Act as Project Manager on suitable ship machinery projects.
• Work closely with the Department Head on training needs and team development.

What We’re Looking For

• High-level expertise in ship machinery and piping systems.
• Typically 6 – 8+ years of relevant engineering experience and a proven track record.
