Position Overview The Lead Engineer – Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VA/VE) will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing VA/VE initiatives across multiple product lines. This role focuses on optimizing product design, driving cost reduction, and enhancing overall performance while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The position involves identifying value-improvement opportunities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Procurement), and driving the implementation of cost-optimized solutions aligned with organizational objectives. The Lead Engineer will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and value-driven engineering within the team.
