Lead Flavorist

Job Description:

• Understand the New Product Development process to establish development strategies/timelines and proactively coordinate projects across departments
• Lead innovative flavor development by analyzing the Indonesian tobacco market and global F&B (Food & Beverage) trends
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with global flavor vendors
• Mediate and resolve requirements from Marketing, Production, Quality, and SCM based on data-driven insighter
• Proactively mitigate risks by considering Indonesian regulatory requirements (BPOM, Cukai, Halal, etc.)
• Predict and resolve potential flavor-related issues from Lab Scale to mass production
• Establish training curricula for different levels (flavor theory, application, regulation, etc.) and provide vision/performance management to develop team members into professional Flavorists
