Join our expanding Strategy Team to lead high-impact growth initiatives and help redefine the future of our banking legacy! ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE: Support creation and periodically modification of bank's medium to long-term strategy ensuring seamless translation of strategic objectives into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes across all business verticals. To identify, plan, and support execute strategic initiatives that drive towards organizational vision and regulatory requirements. Work closely with functions to ensure envisioned outcomes of the identified initiatives are achieved within desired timelines. Work with leadership team to address the market dynamics, emerging trends and evolving customer needs.
