Opportunity Description
We're working with a well-established organisation in Fareham who are looking for a confident Lead HR Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with Employee Relations while also stepping into a leadership-facing role.
You'll be working closely with two HR Advisors and acting as a key point of contact for managers on all things ER.
What you'll be doing:
Leading on a wide range of Employee Relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
Providing clear, practical guidance to managers on UK employment law
Supporting and mentoring two HR Advisors, helping develop their capability
Partnering with stakeholders to improve people processes and consistency across both sites
Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and effectively
