Position Title: Lead- HR Operations and System Management (HOSM) Reports to: HR Head Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary The Lead- HR Operations and System Management (HOSM) is responsible for end-to-end HR operations and employee life cycle management including but not limited to HRIS management, employee documentation, data insight, Payroll and employee benefits, internal and external stakeholder management, compliance, audits etc. This role supports the HR Head in delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives, ensuring robust HRIS and system administration, error free and timely record keeping, insightful workforce reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
