What You Would Do in This Role

Lead Instrumentation & Control Engineer responsible for overseeing a team and designing energy industry projects from inception to completion.

• Project Planning and Management
  • Develop and manage scopes of work, man‑hour estimates, schedules, and priorities for projects or proposals.
  • Plan, allocate, and review work programs, ensuring alignment with project demands and timely updates to Vista’s platforms (e.g., ForecastWeb).
  • Prepare weekly progress reports detailing completed work, upcoming tasks, and discipline‑specific needs.
  • Update project schedules weekly, marking task statuses and identifying potential delays, in coordination with Project Management.
