Lead IT Network & Security Engineer

Lead implementation and management of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, enterprise systems) ensuring high availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
• Manage hybrid environments integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure Entra ID.
• Design and maintain secure network architecture using FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation.
• Manage identity and access through Azure Entra ID including MFA, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust policies.
• Administer and secure Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Oversee endpoint management using Microsoft Intune (device compliance, patching, application deployment).
• Monitor systems, servers, networks, and security events; respond to incidents and vulnerabilities proactively.
