Job Scope 

The Lead Landscape Tech is a full-time position with Shea Properties (Shea), D/B/A Tech Center Maintenance (TCM), responsible for assisting managers and supervisors in coordinating projects, crews the execution and delivery of high-quality services associated with landscape maintenance activities, and special projects within the assigned portfolio. The Lead Landscape Tech is expected to provide leadership while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure a safe and fun work environment is promoted. The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00/hour and the Lead Landscape Tech also eligible to participate in the snow incentive program and discretionary annual bonus plan.
