Lead Maintenance Technician

Integra Staffing is hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician (Apartment Community). This role will be responsible for leading day-to-day maintenance activities, including work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns/make-readies, while supporting the Property Manager and helping guide other technicians. The Lead Maintenance Technician ensures repairs are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule to support resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.



Pay: $27 $28/hr. (Once hired, pay is negotiated + benefits offered)

Schedule: Mon Fri, 8:00am 5:00pm (On-call required once hired FT)
