Lead Operator for HTMR Facilities

Drive operations in High Temperature Metal Recovery (HTMR) as a Lead Operator at GFL's Hamilton plant. Oversee shift activities, ensure safety compliance, and guarantee high-quality zinc oxide product manufacturing.

This role involves managing and operating all equipment in the HTMR process. You will report to the Project Engineer and ensure a safe work environment, monitor processes, and support your team’s productivity. Hands-on experience is critical, along with adherence to quality standards and operational policies.
