This role involves leading equipment start-up and qualification projects, defining maintenance procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 5 years of experience in front-end wafer fabrication, especially with plasma etching tools. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
