Lead Product Designer — Platform & Developer Experience

Deel is seeking a hands-on Design Leader to join our Connectivity team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this hybrid role, you will guide design for API and developer ecosystems, the app store, and AI-powered customer experiences. You will balance team leadership with direct design work, ensuring a coherent experience across various platforms.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in Product Design and a solid track record of mentoring team members. We're looking for a strong doer who thinks big and moves fast.
