Lead, Product Management - Data Mastering and Matching

The Role

We are looking for a Product Lead to join our team, reporting to the Head of Product, Data Platform, to shape how we build and scale a unified data platform that powers business across Nasdaq’s Capital Access Platform (CAP) division.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for core data platform capabilities, focusing on data matching, mapping, and mastering.
• Shape and evangelize a platform vision that unlocks scale, velocity, and innovation while enhancing discoverability of complex financial datasets across the CAP division.
• Lead development efforts to build and deploy infrastructure, tools, and processes that support scalable, reliable data solutions.
• Champion user needs by conducting user research, translating complex technical concepts into clear requirements, defining measurable success metrics, and prioritizing features for maximum business impact.
