Lead Proposal Engineer – Turnkey Electrical Substations

GE Vernova is seeking a Proposal Engineer in Mexico City to manage end-to-end proposal activities for T&D / EBOP turnkey projects. The successful candidate will lead proposal management, risk assessment, and solution development while aligning with customer requirements and business goals.

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor Engineering degree and have more than 5 years of tendering experience in relevant projects. Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are essential, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
