Lead QS: Interior Fit-Out & Cost Management

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a Quantity Surveyor – Fit‑Out to coordinate all commercial and cost management activities for fit‑out projects. The role includes preparing project budgets, managing cash flow forecasts, and conducting material takeoffs.

The ideal candidate will have 3–10 years of QS experience in the UAE/GCC and a strong understanding of the local market rates. Proficiency in estimating software such as CostX or Candy is essential.
