Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing and resource allocation across a large Data & AI consulting group
- Analyze consultant availability, project demand, and staffing priorities
- Support bench management, consultant engagement, and training coordination
- Build and maintain staffing dashboards, reporting, and workforce insights
- Partner with consulting leaders and operations teams on staffing strategy
