Lead RFP Graphic Designer

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design and visual storytelling of high-impact RFPs and proposal materials. This role is critical in supporting business development by translating complex, content-heavy inputs into clear, compelling, and strategically structured client-facing documents. Unlike a template-driven design role, this position requires a designer who can build structure from the ground up,define visual hierarchies, and make informed design decisions that enhance readability, persuasion, and brand perception. The designer will work extensively in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint, creating custom layouts, charts, infographics, and presentation frameworks tailored to each RFP’s narrative and client context.
