Lead Structured Cabling Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Structured Cabling Technician to oversee and perform structured cabling installations for commercial projects. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, responsible for leading technicians on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and supervise structured cabling crews on job sites
+ Install, terminate, test, and certify copper and fiber cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, fiber optic)
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
+ Plan daily tasks, assign work, and monitor job progress
+ Perform troubleshooting, testing, labeling, and documentation of cabling systems
+ Ensure compliance with ANSI/TIA/EIA, BICSI, and local building codes
