Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead System Architect in
Pega Real Time Interaction Management- Hands on experience in Pega CDH with Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification (mandatory).
- Candidate must have hands-on experience in Customer Decision Hub (CDH) with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- LSA (Lead System Architect) certification.
- Candidate should be capable of providing end-to-end solutioning in Pega.
- 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development, including at least 2 years as an LSA.
- Strong understanding of Pega application design patterns, case management, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Devops practices.
