Responsibilities
Own end-to-end design: Work with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex problems into clear, intuitive experiences across our client portal (enterprise customers) and candidate portal (consumer users). Champion user research: Conduct interviews, build prototypes, usability testing, and other research methods to ground designs in customer insights and data. Establish standards: Build and maintain a design system, create reusable patterns, and define best practices that scale across teams. Shape process: Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate UX into our product development lifecycle (move from reactive screen design to proactive, strategic design involvement.)
