POSITION SUMMARY
This position will execute the daily work activities and monitor the work performance of a small group of employees within their assigned area.

Coordinate day-to day workflow, training and troubleshooting in a multi-temperature environment; including temperatures at or below freezing. Using WMS or other systems/reports, track and/or review productivity to ensure goals, deadlines and outputs are met in an accurate and efficient manner. Provide constructive and timely feedback to associates (one on one or in a group setting) regarding performance and productivity. Conduct start-up meetings for the entire department, as needed.
