Job Summary:-

As a Windows System Administrator (L3), you will serve as a senior member of our Managed

Service Provider (MSP) team. This role requires advanced technical expertise, ownership of

critical systems, and leadership in handling escalated issues. You will act as a trusted advisor to

both internal teams and clients, ensuring robust system performance, security, and scalability

across multiple client environments.

Key Responsibilities:-

Escalation & Advanced Troubleshooting: Serve as the final escalation point for complex

technical issues unresolved by L1/L2 teams. Lead in root cause analysis and resolution of

critical hardware, software, and system incidents.
