- Be part of the team to design and implement comprehensive programs to develop leadership competencies and build a strong leadership pipeline at both enterprise and business levels.
- Design an integrated Leadership and People Development (LPD) curriculum that aligns with the organization’s leadership strategy. This curriculum will serve as a roadmap for staff training aligned with career milestones, ensuring they are equipped for current and future roles.
