Duties & Responsibilities

• Training and Development : Responsible for training new technicians and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the team. This may involve conducting workshops, organizing training sessions, or facilitating online courses to keep technicians up to date with new technologies and repair techniques.
• Workflow Management : Manages the workflow within the shop to ensure that jobs are completed on time and in order of priority. Allocates resources effectively, coordinates with parts departments, and communicates with service advisors to optimize productivity.
