Lead/Police Sergeant

Summary


Under the direction of the Captain/Supervisor, the Lead/Sergeant is responsible for the day to day security operations of his/her assigned shift. Provides for the physical security of all Parkview owned buildings, equipment and grounds and creates a safe Campus Environment with an emphasis on customer Service and Service Excellence. The Lead/Police Sergeant will be directly responsible for the following: The use of resources, both physical and human, to provide for the efficient operation of his/her assigned Facility. Ensures that all routine assigned duties are performed in a timely manner. Acts as a mentor to other Police and/or Public Safety Officers and a resource to all staff in the facility. Assist in investigations as assigned by the Captain/Supervisor. Ensures that patrol services are addressing the needs of the site based on trends of security incidents.
