Job description Key Responsibilities: Skill Matrix Development: Design and implement a comprehensive skill matrix for shop floor employees. Regularly update and maintain the skill matrix to reflect current skills and training needs. Collaborate with production managers to identify critical skills and competencies. Competency Mapping: Conduct competency mapping for all shop floor roles to identify skill gaps and development needs. Develop and maintain competency frameworks aligned with organizational goals. Use competency mapping data to inform training program development. Internal Stakeholder Training: Plan and execute training programs for internal stakeholders, including shop floor supervisors and managers. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance internal capabilities. Coordinate with department heads to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
