Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related course.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in Training / Learning & Development.
- Learning & Development, Training Facilitation, or HR-related certifications are an advantage.
- Exposure to training coordination, facilitation, or LMS.
- Experience in administrative or HR support roles.
- Basic knowledge of training processes and L&D concepts.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic facilitation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-focused.
- Ability to follow processes and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Training Program Development.
- Training Needs Analysis.
- Training Planning and Coordination.
