Learning and Development Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Technical Education, Business Administration, or any related field
• With at least 25 years of experience in training, learning and development, or technical training management
• With technical background or hands‑on experience in technical operations, systems, equipment, or related field
• Proven experience in developing training programs, modules, and training materials
• Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, training delivery, and performance evaluation
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills
• Ability to train technical and non‑technical employees effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
