Learning and Development Supervisor

Job Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or HR Management.
• Min. 1 year experience in People or Organization Development (Strong knowledge of HR systems, SOPs, and corporate policies).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong Leadership, analytical skills and highly detail-oriented.
