About the Role

The Learning Delivery and Professional Development Specialist works as a Training Business Partner to the sales organization primarily responsible for effectively delivering targeted learning and professional development programs and interventions for sellers and partners, ensuring the continuous growth and development of the sales organization while aligning the learning outcomes with BPI AIA’s strategic goals and objectives.
