What You'll Do Here:

• Design learning experiences across products by creating and improving engagements, study resources, practice activities, and assessments.
• Apply learning science and instructional methods to strengthen learning outcomes.
• Partner with Content Managers and the In‑House SME to translate content into clear, cohesive instruction that supports a range of learners and readiness levels.
• Develop and maintain learning design templates, patterns, and guidelines so internal teams and vendors can build consistently strong learning experiences.
