Learning & HR Support Internship

Job Responsibilities

• Learning & Development:
  • Support in coordinating the training plan for employees in field and central offices.
  • Learn to mobilize and follow up the company's training programme.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops and development initiatives.
  • Understand and support on the KPIs achievements.
  • Track and analyse training data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on learning and development best practices and trends within the luxury industry.
  • Learn to manage Fund e and the relationship with our consultancy firm.
  • Revision, updating & improvement of databases.
  • Learn how to use our internal LMS.
• HR Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in various areas such as travel organisation and expenses.
