Job Responsibilities
- Learning & Development:
- Support in coordinating the training plan for employees in field and central offices.
- Learn to mobilize and follow up the company's training programme.
- Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops and development initiatives.
- Understand and support on the KPIs achievements.
- Track and analyse training data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up‑to‑date on learning and development best practices and trends within the luxury industry.
- Learn to manage Fund e and the relationship with our consultancy firm.
- Revision, updating & improvement of databases.
- Learn how to use our internal LMS.
