Herotel is inviting applications for the Learning Solutions Architect position. 

You will spend time in Ops, support desks, regional offices and often on the road. If you'd rather observe a tech doing a fibre install than run a workshop about it, keep reading.

Rather than designing from a desk, you'll be in the environment alongside the teams who keep Herotel running - in Ops, on support desks, in regional offices, and out in the field. You will learn how the work really happens and translate that into learning that makes a practical difference on the ground.
The role suits someone who is naturally curious, comfortable in conversation, and motivated by seeing their work come to life in the hands of operational teams.
