We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Learning Specialist to support our global learning initiatives across multiple business units.
This role combines strong administrative skills with a genuine passion for learning and digital tools.
The Learning Specialist will manage our corporate LMS (PULSE, based on SuccessFactors), support the use of LinkedIn Learning and other learning resources, coordinate global and local training campaigns, and contribute to the creation of basic learning content.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the corporate LMS (PULSE – SuccessFactors), including user management, course assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting in collaboration with our external vendor.
- Manage learning licenses and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning), ensuring effective utilization and reporting usage.
