Learning Specialist in Professional Development

Elevate educational experiences at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP as a Learning Specialist. Focus on developing and executing tailored curricular programs for Summer and Articling Students and Junior Associates in a hybrid work environment.
This full-time role requires strong organization and project management skills to plan and deliver high-quality legal curricula. Collaborate with senior management to ensure smooth program delivery and create an interactive learning atmosphere. You will also assess presenters and design effective teaching methods to meet organizational objectives and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) criteria.
