These roles sit within established support teams in inclusive school environments that recognise the vital contribution support staff make to student outcomes every single day.

Working across KS3 and KS4, you'll be providing targeted support to students who face barriers to learning — helping them access the curriculum, build confidence, and make meaningful progress over time.
