Learning Support Assistant
£95-105 per day

Qualiteach Yorkshire are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant for a specialist provision in Leeds for children and young adults with moderate and complex learning needs including Autism, hearing impairments and communication difficulties. The setting is an alternate provision school catering for mixed aged pupils in smaller class sizes, who are looking for someone with a range of experience to join their team ASAP.
The Role:
* Working with children on a 1:1 and group basis who have a variety of needs, tailoring learning to suit them
* Working within a team and helping to build a comfortable environment for all children and staff
* Following care plans, EHCP’s, Pupil Passports and other relevant documents
* Being comfortable with personal care is advantageous
* Supporting an altered curriculum using a holistic approach within a multi-disci...
