Opportunity Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Administrator to join their high-performing property team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate administration of leases, compliance with company standards, and support for the broader property management and finance functions.
As the central point of contact for lease documentation and data integrity, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining lease records, processing critical dates, and generating reports. Commercial office experience will be highly regarded, as will the ability to confidently liaise with solicitors, tenants, and agents on lease-related matters.
