Lease & Fixed Assets Accounting Manager — Night Shift

A leading BPO service provider is looking for a People Manager with at least 3 years of experience in leadership roles, specifically in Lease Accounting. The candidate should be familiar with IFRS 16 and related standards and must be flexible to work permanent night shifts aligned with US hours. Although remote work is initially permitted, eventual relocation to Alabang, Muntinlupa City will be required. This position also values familiarity with various financial software tools.
