Required Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in the lease abstraction process
- → The candidate should have hands‑on experience reviewing lease documents and extracting key lease data accurately.
- At least 2 years of finance experience
- → The candidate should understand basic finance concepts and have practical experience working in a finance role.
- At least 2 years of experience using financial KPIs for analysis
- → The candidate should be comfortable using key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze data, track performance, and support decision‑making.
- Knowledge of standard finance and data tools
