$80,000 – $115,000 base salary (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Lease-Up Strategy + Leadership:
Plan and execute successful lease-up programs to meet or exceed absorption and occupancy targets.
Team Management:
Hire, train, and mentor leasing teams in coordination with the Corporate Trainer to ensure consistent performance and adherence to customer service standards.
Marketing Coordination:
Partner with the Marketing team to ensure leasing teams have all the tools, materials, and assets needed to support active campaigns and on-site initiatives.
