Lecturer Foundation Skills (Auckland Prisons)

If you have an interest in supporting learners to gain life skills, due to a valued staff member relocating overseas, UCOL has an exciting opportunity available for a motivated and passionate lecturer, permanent, full-time position ( hours per week) to deliver the New Zealand Certificate of Foundation Skills (Applied Sport and Exercise Pathway) Level 2 in partnership with the Lowie Foundation “Kick for the Seagulls” initiative being offered by UCOL in Auckland Prisons, including Auckland Womens.

All delivery and assessment resources are provided to you and you will have full support from faculty staff. The programme recognises the importance of applying core capabilities such as confidence, basic knowledge and skills, and literacy and numeracy using an exercise and sport context.
